Our pricing promise: Every project gets a detailed, fixed-price proposal before any work begins. The price we quote is the price you pay. If we discover something unexpected during installation that changes the scope, we talk to you first — always.

We’re a new business and we’re building our pricing model in the open. To thank our first 10 clients — or anyone who books before May 31, 2026, whichever comes first — we’re offering a Founding Client guarantee:
- →You never pay more than the price range we quote.
- →If your project comes in under the low end of the range, you pay our actual cost instead.
- →Once the program ends, we’ll set fixed public pricing based on what we’ve learned. Founding clients keep their rate.

Prices shown are for labor, design, and setup. Hardware (switches, sensors, speakers, locks, etc.) is billed separately at our cost plus 15%. You’ll see every item on your proposal before you approve anything. Packages tagged Founding include our Founding Client guarantee.
