We Start With a Conversation
This is a free, no-obligation 15–30 minute call (phone or video). We ask about your home, your lifestyle, what’s bugging you, and what you wish your home could do. No technical jargon. No sales pressure. Just a friendly conversation to understand what you need.
What to expect:
- •We’ll ask about your home layout and size
- •Which rooms matter most to you
- •What devices or platforms you already use (if any)
- •Your timeline and budget comfort zone
What happens next:
We’ll tell you honestly whether we think automation makes sense for your situation. If it does, we’ll recommend a package and schedule an assessment.
Timeframe: Same week as your inquiry. Most consultations are booked within 48 hours.
We See Your Space
For most projects, we’ll visit your home to assess your Wi-Fi coverage, electrical setup, and room layouts. For smaller projects (Spark package), we can often do this virtually with photos and a video call.
What to expect:
- •A walkthrough of the rooms you want automated
- •Wi-Fi strength and network assessment
- •Discussion of device placement and switch locations
- •Honest conversation about what will and won’t work in your home
What happens next:
Within 3–5 business days, you’ll receive a detailed proposal with a fixed-price quote, a device list, and a projected timeline. No surprise invoices. Ever.
Timeframe: 1–2 hours on-site; proposal delivered within 5 business days.
We Build It Right
Once you approve the proposal, we order your hardware, schedule the install, and get to work. Our installations are clean, labeled, and documented. We don’t cut corners, and we don’t leave a mess.
What to expect:
- •A confirmed install date (we show up on time)
- •Professional installation of all devices
- •Full system configuration and testing
- •Scene and automation programming
- •A walkthrough of everything with you when we’re done
What happens next:
Your home is live. Everything works. You’ll know how to use it all.
Timeframe: 1 day for Spark, 1–2 days for Current, 2–5 days for Grid (may be phased over weeks for larger projects).
We Don’t Disappear
After install, you’re not on your own. All clients get 30 days of complimentary support. After that, our service plans keep your system healthy, updated, and evolving with your needs.
What to expect:
- •30 days of free post-install support (all clients)
- •Optional monthly service plans (Essentials, Preferred, or Premium)
- •Firmware updates and security patches
- •Help adding new devices or rooms over time
- •A real person to call — not a chatbot, not a call center
Timeframe: Ongoing. We’re here as long as you need us.
